Structured English Immersion (SEI) Program

NASA’s Structured English Immersion (SEI) program is designed to empower students who are learning English (English Learners) and guide them towards fluency. We understand the challenges of navigating a new language, and our program offers a supportive and immersive environment to bridge the gap.

Our qualified and specially trained teachers use English as the primary language of instruction, but they can also provide targeted support in students’ native languages when needed. This creates a balance between immersion and support, ensuring students feel comfortable while actively acquiring English skills.

The SEI program integrates seamlessly with core subjects like math and science. Students participate in designated English Language Development (ELD) classes alongside these core subjects. All materials are rigorously reviewed by our school district and caters to both language development and grade-level content standards. This comprehensive approach empowers students to excel in both English and other subjects, setting them up for academic success.
