There are many things that I like about New Academy Canoga Park elementary school (NACP), but one thing that stood out to me a few years ago was that the school offered classes in the arts such as music, dance, and art. I wanted my daughter to have the necessary programs that provided things she loved such as art in general. NACP was the best option. She was thrilled when she found out they offered such classes.
I have three children who have attended NACP, one of my daughters just finished the ninth grade. She came out of NACP in 2017 with honors degrees. And I currently have two children attending NACP, a girl in second grade and a boy in third grade.
As a mother, NACP has been very supportive of the programs necessary for my children to have a good education. At NACP I have had the opportunity to talk with other parents; what most other schools lack is a parent center. Many parents do not have the necessary help so that their children can have a good education. And that makes me proud of the school I am in, where they offer services such as tutoring when children have needed it, and parenting classes in which they teach our responsibilities and rights as parents at NACP. It is a place for all of us to learn, grow, and thrive.

Un Espacio para Aprender, Crecer y Prosperar: New Academy Canoga Park
Hay muchas cosas que me gustan de la escuela elementar, New Academy Canoga Park (NACP) pero una que me llamó màs la atención unos años atrás, fue que la escuela ofrecia clases de música, danza, obras de arte, y clases de arte. Yo quería que mi hija mayor tuviera los programas necesarios para su educación pero igual que ella pudiera hacer lo que le gustaba, el arte en general, NACP fue la mejor opción. Ella quedó emocionada cuando supo que tenían estos programas.
Yo tengo tres hijos que han asistido a NACP, una de mis hijas acaba de terminar el noveno grado. Ella salió en el 2017 de NACP con grados de honor. Y actualmente tengo dos niños asistiendo NACP, una niña en segundo grado y un niño en tercer grado.
Como madre, NACP me ha dado mucho apoyo en cuanto a los programas necesarios para que mis hijos tengan una buena educación. Yo creo que en comparación con otras escuelas, en NACP contamos con mucha ayuda. La mayoría de las escuelas lo que les hace falta es un centro de padres. Muchos padres no tienen la ayuda necesaria para que sus hijos puedan tener una buena educación. Y eso me hace sentir orgullosa de la escuela en la que elegí para mis hijos. NACP ofrece servicios, de tutoría cuando los niños lo han necesitado y clases de padres en lo cual enseñan nuestras responsabilidades y derechos como padres.
